What’s our return policy?
MGT Impact Solutions will, on behalf of DIR customers, work with the manufacturer to handle any returns and warranty claims per the manufacturer’s warranty and return policies. In addition, MGT will warranty any hardware installed by MGT if this installation voided the manufacturer’s warranty or return policy for a period of 1 year.
MGT Impact Solutions will also warranty all Professional Services provided by MGT for 1 year from completion date.
