What’s our return policy?
Layer 3 Communications will, on behalf of DIR customers, work with the manufacturer to handle any returns and warranty claims per the manufacturer’s warranty and return policies. In addition, Layer 3 Communications will warranty any hardware installed by Layer 3 Communications if this installation voided the manufacturer’s warranty or return policy for a period of 1 year.
Layer 3 Communications will also warranty all Professional Services provided by Layer 3 Communications for 1 year from completion date.
